Peggy and Andy had an awesome wedding day surrounded by family and friends. They even got a very rare May snowstorm the two days prior, let us all thank Iowa that it didn’t happen on the 4th. Ha!

Tanner and I made the trek up to Decorah, Iowa last Friday and I must say we were more than impressed with just how gorgeous Decorah is!

I was blessed to be randomly assigned to be Peggy’s roommate at Buena Vista University our freshman year and thus shared some great memories together that first year. Sledding in our little boys Walmart camouflaged snow pants we found on discount, our first (of MANY) trips to Malarky’s, Johnny Holms concerts, and who can forget our fish Hector (also purchased at Walmart ironically) who we found out can’t really survive being frozen in his fish bowl the night we left the window open and were too cold to get out of our bunk beds that touched the ceiling (literally, what were we thinking bunking them that high!). We did for the record attempt to defrost him with a hairdryer if I recall.

Peggy and I share somed great memories and I was truly honored when she called me asking if we would be her photographers, nowhere else I would rather be!

Andy you fit Peggy perfectly, you guys share those looks and those laughs that you can truly tell you have such a deep love for one another and an awesome friendship as well. Peggy you looked stunning and we loved shooting your wedding day. Hope to see you again very soon!
