Taylor and Billy had the most beautiful Iowa barn wedding at Red Acre Barn just a few minuets south of Des Moines. The night even ended with quite the bang!

They went all out on florals with the amazing Shelly Sarver Designs, as always her arrangements blow us away!

Despite the 93 degree day they had the best day filled with laughter and smiles celebrating with family and friends.

We started with some portraits indoors pre-ceremony to beat the heat.

Thankfully the barn has a ton of great natural light and so fun to be able to do portraits with all the great barnwood in the background!

They also got their guests amazing USB powered fans to keep cool during the ceremony with their initials on them. What a fantastic wedding party gift idea.

Post ceremony we took some sunset portraits around the barn in the tall grass areas.

What a gorgeous spot for a wedding!

The space, owners who care, the detailed touches. A photographer owned venue really takes the cake! They put so much hard work and planning into the space.

We are so excited to have a few more this fall and next summer there.
