We’ve been looking forward to Laura and Justin’s big day for a long time! We had the pleasure of capturing his sisters wedding on the farm where they live last Fall and their friends and family are just a joy to be around.

What a wonderful fall day!

We can’t say enough about couples that give us endless amounts of time for portraits during weddings, just so much fun to create and not be in a rush to capture all those memories.

We started out with portraits around their gorgeous farm where they live in Casey, Iowa. Tanner even broke out the drone for some fun shots from the skys. From there we headed to do some more portraits at the beautiful All Saints Center where they got married a short jaunty away.

Post ceremony we headed out to a nature preserve on the way to the reception.

Thanks so much for having Tanner and I, and we can’t say enough kind things about these two. They are just so much fun to be around!

H Family | Des Moines Family Photographer | Fall Family Session

I had the most adorable family session earlier this week with the H family! Little miss 11 month old Ophelia has the best personality. She is beyond adorable!

Thanks for letting me capture your memories, I had a blast with you all!

(Also note it was 90+ degrees at the end of Sept in Iowa, so they rocked it despite being insanely hot!)

Des Moines, Iowa Landscapes

Out exploring last weekend after a fun shoot. We have a few commercial clients that lease/buy images from us around Iowa so always great to add a few new ones to our portfolio!

And as always you can buy your own (I prefer metal prints of these bad boys!) on our print site here.

They make great christmas presents, office decor, basement decor, you name it! Iowa is beautiful.

***Also note…we’ve had some issues over the years of people removing our watermarks and using our photos for commercial use, I’d hate to giver our lawyer more work (I mean I’m sure they’d love it!) but seriously pop us an e-mail/call/contact form if you want to purchase it for commercial use. We’d love to chat!
