Jimmy & Megan had the most perfect wedding day surrounded by wonderful family and friends. This one was such a fun one to shoot for us! It started out with a ceremony on Simpson College campus at Smith Chapel. Post ceremony with epic people tunnel exits to the bus we made a few stops for photos and visited a small town bar. Finally we were off to the Ramada Tropics Resort Water Park Inn in Des Moines for the reception. (Apparently all our July 2015 weddings had indoor water-parks, ha! How random and cool is that!)

Anytime Fitness Downtown | Des Moines Commercial Photographer

I had such a blast taking some photos for our gym on Friday night.  Anytime Fitness Downtown had their public grand opening ribbon cutting and celebration as well as wanted a few overall photos of the awesome new space. What a great location downtown in Des Moines. I sure wish this would have been open when we lived in East Village a few years ago!

If you are looking for a new gym to join in Des Moines, definitely check out Anytime Fitness Downtown on MLK! And the new 300 MLK building remodel is…AWESOME! Can’t wait to check out all the fun new eating places including Guru BBQ and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. Plus a new 3rd floor and bar with a view coming soon!

Enjoy the photos, what a great new addition to the downtown Des Moines skyline too! Also…I promise to blog probably 12ish more 2015 weddings, ha! We were just slammed with delivering everyones photos on time, and behind the scenes it truly does take some extra time to blog.
