Mo | 2011 Dallas Center Grimes High School Senior

Last night Tanner and I had a senior session with Mo a 2011 senior at Dallas Center Grimes Community High School out of Grimes, IA. (Or Dallas Center however you swing it…ha!)

Mo plays soccer and guitar and is definitely one cool guy! He went with some fun ideas we had and even had some of his own. Here is just a quick snapshot taken with the 5D Mark II on the steps of the Des Moines Capital overlooking downtown Des Moines at sunset last night captured with the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 wide open.

The bokeh of the natural light last night was just superb! Can’t wait to edit the rest of these Mo!

Just another quick photo from a senior session last weekend out of Forest City, Iowa. We have some really awesome pictures of you Jasmine! I am sure your anxious to see them. We will have them all up in the gallery online hopefully but this weekend.

Tonight Tanner and I are going to shoot an event for the Playboy Golf Tournament here in Des Monies. He is shooting the golf tournament tomorrow and I don’t think he could be more excited. Ha! (C’mon who wouldn’t!) He even borrowed a Canon 7D from a family friend so excited to try out the 70-200mm f/2.8 on a non full frame camera! Thanks again Calista for letting us borrow it.

Friday night we are having a final meeting for our Sept 4th wedding and Sunday an 2011 senior session with a senior from Grimes.

Possibly Sunday we are taking over a wedding for Huffaker Photographer out of Des Moines dependent on if his wife has her baby on Friday/Saturday. Could be an crazy weekend!
