I had a blast photographing the 2014 Drake Relays for an afternoon. Such a great annual event in the Des Moines area. If you haven’t been, be sure to check it out in 2015!
I must say the long jump is probably my new favorite thing to photograph, loved all the flying sand!

Just a few quick photos from a day spent at the 2013 Drake Relays! I had a blast going and it was such a gorgeous day. Maybe someday I will get time to sift through the 700+ photos I took on Saturday!
If you live in Des Moines and haven’t been to the Relays be sure to get there soon, they are so much fun. (AND they have awesome food!)
