Nic and Breanne had the most perfect wedding day. Rainbow and all! You know it’s an amazing wedding when you can’t even pick just one favorite image from the day.

We were terrified it would rain all day. For August it barely reached 70 degrees (phew!) but Diamond Oak Events Center is a DREAM! Seriously what a fun new venue in Clear Lake!

They have a beautiful ceremony site covered with giant shade trees and the most perfect barn for the reception. If you are looking for a rustic barn venue in Iowa it’s WONDERFUL! Really brides, check it out (and hire us because I want to shoot ALL the weddings at Diamond Oaks, ha!)

The Wedding Nest did a beyond fantastic job making the venue into a dream for the reception.

Breanne and Nic did a great job picking everything out from decor to Nic’s suit from our favorite custom suit designer in Des Moines Langel and Woods Clothiers (REALLY GUYS go check Hal out, tell him we sent you, he’s BEYOND at custom mens suits for weddings!)

Thanks so much for having Tanner and I you two. Your friends and family treated us like one of their own, we can’t say enough great things about your day!

It’s so fun to see a couple so in love as well, the chemistry between you two is evident in the photos alone.

We got an epic rainbow after the 2nd rainstorm of the day at the reception and ended the night with the 3rd rainstorm raining out the s’mores bar so we used the fire for some epic night pics!
