Kicking off Friday with a bang! First 2016 ZTS Photo wedding of the year, woo!

Audrey and Zach’s big day was awesome. It might have won the award for the windiest wedding we’ve ever shot but by the photos you would never know. Their friends and family you can tell truly support them and you learn a lot about a couple shooting their big day. That first look tells all! Loved the tears and the smiles. I swear I’m getting old because I almost teared up too! 😉

Dotson Wedding | Iowa Farm Wedding | Des Moines, Iowa Wedding Photographers

I’ve waited to blog this gorgeous Sept 2015 wedding featuring Ali and Damon until last as it was set to be published with the wonderful Heartland Wedding Ideas Magazine! But since it debut a few weeks ago I think it’s more than time to share this beyond beautiful day.

Seriously these two were so incredibly sweet and anyone can plainly see how in love they are with each other. Their wedding day was literally picture perfect! Not only did it take place on the bride’s family farm but it ended with a bang…with fireworks! How cool is that?!

Also included in the day the groom singing during the beautiful outdoor ceremony, both the bride and groom golfing (say what?!) and so many smiles and laughs shared by all.

Heartland Wedding Ideas Magazine Feature | Des Moines, Iowa Wedding Photographers

We are incredibly excited to announce we are featured on the COVER and feature story for the Early Spring 2016 edition of the wonderful Heartland Wedding Ideas Magazine with this amazing Fall 2015 wedding! This is my last one to blog and of-course I knew we were being published since December so I held off on blogging it until last.

You can check it out online here for the full edition and don’t forget to go like them on Facebook here for all your Iowa wedding planning needs. Always so incredibly to see our work published on web or print (or in this case both!). Tanner and I really couldn’t be more excited to have this featured! It’s been pretty hard to keep it under wraps on this since December. They are free all over Des Moines so make sure to check the stands at most grocery stores/malls/food places around the metro and get a copy for yourself.
