Last Saturday was a picture perfect Fall Iowa day. We visited the Center Grover Orchard a few miles north of Des Moines in Cambridge with some great friends. We’ve been there before but I must say it is THE COOLEST orchard/pumpkin patch I’ve ever been to! It is not only huge but incredibly well maintained. If you have kids (or just love doing fall things) it is simply amazing.
I can’t even name the number of activities they have! A jumping pillow for the kids, slides, hay rack rides, a corn maze, animals, pumpkin patch, apple picking, corn pit to play in and THE BEST homemade apple cider doughnuts you could ever dream about. Be prepared to be amazed.
It has been the most perfect Fall weather in Iowa this year, I hope you all got a chance to visit an orchard! Here are a few favorites from our trip. These are all taken with a Canon 5D Mark III and 50L f/1.2 (my fav walk around/go to lens!).
