What a beautiful August day for a wedding!
I was so excited when Morgan and Matt told us about the vintage fire truck for portraits. I mean how cool is that! Matt is a volunteer firefighter for the City of West Des Moines.
Apparently someone donated the beautiful vintage fire truck for firefighters to use at their weddings, parades, and big life celebrations. How cool is that!
The ceremony took place at Morgan’s parents family home where she grew up in Indianola, Iowa. The home is just off the Indianola Country Club golf course, which worked out wonderfully for portraits as well.
From there we headed out for some beautiful portraits in West Des Moines at a beautiful Reservoir just to the Southwest of Des Moines.
Post portraits we headed to the fire station for portraits and the bride and groom rode the firetruck TO THE RECEPTION. I mean HOW COOL IS THAT!
The reception took place at the beautiful Holiday Inn and Suites in West Des Moines by Jordan Creek.
Thanks so much for having Tanner and I shoot your big day and congratulations!!!
