Loved this gorgeous fall day with Laura May & Chase! I promised myself I’d get all the blogs from the last 5 weddings pumped out before our first April wedding this year, ha! So here we go with another wonderful day to share! The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is newly remodeled with an perfect garden space for photos and what a great new ballroom area for weddings!

The day started out with getting ready at the Lutheran Church of Hope, post ceremony we headed downtown for some pre-sunset photos at the Capital and then at the gardens at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. The reception was all decked out in amazing gold with the most beautiful flowers by Something Chic Floral. Also Laura May had THE BEST cake topper custom made of the couples three amazing rescue dogs off Etsy.

We ended the night with a few fun night photos around the gardens and they had a wonderful dance party with the band The Snacks for everyone to jam out to.
