Lauren and Bill’s big day on August 6th took place at the gorgeous downtown Des Moines venue The Scottish Rite Consistory. The couple meet at Simpson College just south of Des Moines in my hometown of Indianola. They kept busy at Simpson with sports as Bill played football for the Storm while Lauren ran track.

The wedding ceremony and reception both took place at the Scottish Rite. Between the ceremony and reception we took a bus ride with the couple and their awesome bridal party to a nearby park for some group and individual photos with some gorgeous afternoon light peeking through the trees.
