Tasha and Nate were married at one of our favorite venues here in Iowa, the Red Acre Barn.

What a PERFECT location for a wedding run by the most amazing owners! They truly pour their heart and soul into running an wonderful venue for your big day!

Sadly it literally poured nearly their entire wedding day forcing the ceremony and formals inside.

Thankfully though Nate & Tasha were SO brave and went for a first look under the awning in the rain for us and even went out into the sprinkles to get some portraits pre-ceremony just to be safe if the rain didn’t let up after the ceremony!

It was possibly one of the most moving and touching first looks with all the laughter and tears. Moments like that truly make weddings all the more special to capture!

Even their ceremony first look at one another was just perfection! All the emotion!

Even with the rain Red Acre is stunning to get married inside or out, and they truly made the best of making rain on their wedding day good luck!

Post ceremony the sun broke out for MAYBE 10 min so we rushed out for some portraits to take advantage of the sun!

Tasha was SO brave and despite the muddy mess she rocked some photos with us! Rain on the wedding day can be tricky, but they made the best of it!

We ended the night with some awesome night portraits and a great dance party.

Thanks for having Tanner and I capture your big day, we had the best time with your friends and family!
